chapter 02: DELIVERY & RETURNS

Whether the sizing didn’t work for you, or the item wasn’t quite what you expected, we will be happy to help you with returning your product. You will be able to check specific return details on the Seller page and product listing page, as some products will have different requirements for delivery and returns.

Delivery Policy

Shipping will be fulfilled either by Kinzzi or the Seller's preferred shipping partner. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the volume, weight, and final destination of the product purchased. 

Delivery within the same country would take around 1 – 2 working days, and international deliveries usually take 3 - 7 working days. 

* Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, shipping might take longer than the estimated time.

Returns Policy

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please email us at customerservice@kinzzi.com and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

The policy may vary due to the nature of the product, origin or destination of the order, seller restrictions or due to other reasons. We encourage you to please refer to the seller returns policy before making a purchase.

For sellers who accept returns, a return request must be completed within 7-14 days* (please refer to the seller return policy) of you receiving your items.

When returning items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way. Following a quality check, all returned items will be requested for Kinzzi store credit within 48 hours of the Seller receiving the item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs, nor any custom charges should they apply.

Exchanges:
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. We will simply issue you with a store credit for your order. You can then place a new order for the replacement item(s).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped and the courier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information to follow your order; this will be mentioned in your Customer Account page.

Generate Return

You can generate a Return Label by following these steps. My Account > Orders > Return Request. The Kinzzi Support Team will be in touch to process your return within 24 hours.

Please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and have not been used or damaged in any way.
