We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. We urge all our vendors to provide the best service and customer satisfaction but as each vendor is selling directly to you they each have their own policy - we encourage you to view them before purchasing. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase or gifting experience for any reason at all, please email us at and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

The policy may vary due to the nature of the product, origin or destination of the order, seller restrictions or due to other reasons. We encourage you to please refer to the seller returns policy before making a purchase. 

For sellers who accept returns, a return request must be completed within 7-14 days* (please refer to the seller return policy) of you receiving your items.

When returning items, please ensure that your goods are returned in their original packaging and labels, and have not been used or damaged in any way. Following a quality check, all returned items will be requested for Kinzzi store credit within 48 hours of the Seller receiving the item(s).

Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs, nor any custom charges should they apply.

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. We will simply issue you with a store credit for your order. You can then place a new order for the replacement item(s).
