We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. We urge all our vendors to provide the best service and customer satisfaction but as each vendor is selling directly to you they each have their own policy - we encourage you to view them before purchasing. Made-to-order and customizable items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Each vendor on Kinzzi is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds and returns. If the vendor policy does except exchanges you will have to place a new order and follow the return guidelines of the shop you have purchased from to return your order separately.

Once the vendor receives your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. The vendor will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
